Deanna B. Barry, Chief Financial Officer, joined PNC Equity Partners in 1996.

Previously, Dee was an Assistant Vice President with PNC Bank Corp.’s SEC reporting group. Dee joined PNC Bank from KPMG Peat Marwick where she was an audit supervisor in the financial services industry.

Dee is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree from Duquesne University in 1989.

Lisa J. Nath

Lisa Nath, Controller, joined PNC Equity Partners in September 2002.

Previously, Lisa held several accounting positions in PNC’s Corporate Banking business unit. Prior to joining PNC, Lisa was an audit supervisor at Deloitte & Touche where she focused on the financial services industry.

Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with distinction with a B.S. degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1988.

Michele E. Toomey

Michele, Senior Administrative Assistant, joined PNC Equity Partners in 2000.

Michele provides office management and administrative support for several PNC Equity Partners' professionals. Prior to joining PNC Equity, Michele was the office manager/administrative assistant for MedAscend, Inc. Michele is a graduate of the Bradford School of Business.

Susan joined PNC Equity in 2008. Susan provides administrative support for several PNC Equity Partners' professionals.
