PNC Equity Partners Announces the Promotion of Michael Rost
Pittsburgh,PA [August 2008]—PNC Equity Partners, II, L.P., announced the promotion of Michael Rost to Senior Associate.
Michael joined PNC Equity Partners in 2006 as an Associate. He currently serves as a director of The Country Vintner and is a member of the deal teams for Bacharach and The Hilsinger Company.
Previously, Michael worked as an associate in the Corporate Finance group at Schneider Downs L.P. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions involving middle-market companies. Prior to that, Michael was a corporate finance associate with Mellon Financial Markets LLC. Michael graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in May 1997 and received an M.B.A. with honors from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina in May 2003.
