In October 2008, PNC Equity Partners II completed the recapitalization of Caldwell & Gregory LLC, a leading provider of laundry equipment and laundry rooms for colleges, apartments, condominiums, coin laundries and on-premise equipment for small and large businesses. PNC provided $18.3 million of equity in the recapitalization.

Concurrent with the acquisition of TCV, PNC Equity Partners supported TCV's acquisition of the East Coast Operations of a large fine wine distributor. PNC Equity invested $14.5 MM in the form of preferred and common stock.
